Raymond Palacios, Jr. poured his heart into TRS BBQ, carrying a hands-on legacy from crafting barrel grills to delivering some of the juiciest barbecue in Dallas-Fort Worth. For more than 44 years, he has kept old-school smoking traditions alive, welcoming everyone in with a friendly smile and a focus on real flavor. He is most proud of creating a community hub where unbeatable prices, hearty portions, and customer feedback matter most. Every plate reflects a lifetime of learning and a spirit of Texas hospitality.
